Enjoy. Summer is here.

Dear customers and partners: Thanks for an intensive Spring! Now we are getting closer to the holidays it is high time to dust off your flip-flops and hammocks ready for all those lovely long summer days ahead. At The Concept Factory we are open as normal until the 23rd July, then the office is closed until 5th August. Wishing you a really wonderful Summer.

Best wishes. Your friends at TCF.

Our Summer Concept

Summertime is just sublime,
When lazing in the sun
Who cares about the time
When you are having so much fun

As the beach rolls out before you
Busy little people abound
Bucket & spade in hand
Making castles in the sand

A cool glass of white wine
A spreading picnic feast
For you life is just divine
Intoxicating smells of the meadow released

A swim in the lake
A splash here and there
All your senses awake
Shivering cries of laughter everywhere

The sun goes down
The kids in bed
On the floor lies a flower crown
Another perfect summer day has ended

TCF deepens the cooperation with E.ON.

New contract with E.ON signed May 11th.

During the past two years, The Concept Factory has worked closely with E.ON, which has been a rewarding experience for both parties. This has now resulted in a two-year contract between The Concept Factory and E.ON Sverige AB. The contract entails a broadened and deepened cooperation within the communication field. Concretely, we will create key messages, stakeholder and customer communication, business related advertising, employer branding materials, event- and educational concepts, print production and recruitment ads among other things. We are very happy and proud of this deepened cooperation.

Lars-Göran Pihl (acting Brand Manager at E.ON) sees this contract as a natural continuation of the projects that TCF has worked on so far: ”Through the key messages that you cleverly and creatively produced, you have had a positive impact on the way we communicate, so I’m very happy indeed”.

Meet our energetic new copywriter – Pella Persdotter Feldtmann.

What do you find most interesting and fun about communication?

The possibility to provide a different view, a different perspective with an angle the client may not have thought about previously. Apart from that, my job is a form of entertainment and I really like making people smile or react positively.

What types of customers, sectors and projects have you experience of?

I have worked a lot with life science, which on the surface can appear restrictive in the sense that what you can say and write is governed by strict legal regulations, but actually this makes it fun. This means you really have to think more creatively to get your message across, like for instance borrowing language from another genre and fitting it to life science.

I have also worked with technology companies, skincare and the music industry. These projects have also included employer branding, which is always very interesting and challenging. You have to go beyond the identity they portray and reach the core of the people to make the company more real, more personable. You have to get across what it is like to work there and convey the spirit.

What in your opinion is the best way of cooperating with clients to achieve the best results?

Well, as a person I tend to talk a lot, but I am also a very good listener. I talk to clients to open up what they are after so that they can fully express themselves and then I listen very hard. I like to interview people in different functions to get a good cross-section of opinions, as I find this helps me to form a balanced view before writing. This allows me to create key words and messages that are absolutely right for that client.

Why did you join The Concept Factory?

I wanted to move to Malmö, so I contacted a number of communication agencies. I fell for TCF because of their no-nonsense approach. They are good at simplifying communication without trivialising it – in effect they and I like to make complicated things appetizing!

The people here are down to earth, and nice, but still have an edge about them. They make you feel at ease and there is a good atmosphere that I have learned many clients appreciate.

What do you think you bring to The Concept Factory?

I think I bring energy. I hope also a different perspective along with laughter and of course, my life science expertise.

What is your favourite outside interest/passion?

I love music and I also do gigs as a DJ, so music is definitely my passion!
